Zlobin joins Auto GP with Virtuosi

Following the announce of Zele Racing, that signed Colombian racer Andres Mendez, Nikita Zlobin is the second driver to be announced for the 2015 Auto GP season. The 18-year-old Russian driver will be making is debut in the Enzo Coloni‘s series with Virtuosi Racing. Son of Sergey Zlobin, Minardi F1 tester in 2002-2004, Nikita previoulsy raced in F.Renault 2.0 ALPS and German F3, joining the SMP Racing program. In 2014 he also raced in the GT Open at the wheel of an AF Corse’s Ferrari F438, claiming a podium finish in the Monza round.

Zlobin isn’t the first Russian driver to enter Auto GP, that already welcomed in the pas Sergey Afanasiev, Sergey Sirotkin – now in GP2 and F1 test driver – and Max Snegirev.
