Three brand new Audi TCR for Elite Motorsport
Starting from the 2022 season, Elite Motorsport becomes Audi Sport Customer Team and it is ready to field three brand new Audi RS 3 LMS My 2021 in TCR Italy. This opens a new and important chapter in the history of the team, which will also be able to count on technical support of the highest level in all the events of the Italian series.
Just yesterday, in absolute preview for Italy, one of the three RS 3 LMS MY2021 that ELITE Motorsport will field next season has been delivered in team factory. The team’s work for 2022 will begin very soon, with the first test session already scheduled before the Christmas break. The German cars will be managed in the six rounds of TCR Italy by the Elite Motorsport staff assisted by Audi Sport technicians.
These will not be the only novelties, in fact, next season, two Audi RS 3 LMS DSGs will also be part of the game. Furthermore, all drivers will be able to count on the valuable advice of a professional driver coach.
“Let’s change everything and aim high. We are proud to announce such an ambitious project and to be part of the Audi Sport family. As an absolute preview we are offering the brand new RS 3 LMS MY2021 in Italy, also being able to enjoy the support of first-rate technicians from the very first tests that we will carry out in the next few days” commented Nicola Novaglio, team principal of Elite Motorsport. “It will be an important commitment under the wing of Audi, and we want to repay the trust with top-level results. To support our drivers there will also be a professional driver in the role of coach, we don’t want to leave anything to chance.”
The 2022 line-up will be unveiled in the next weeks.
