Pommer completes double win
Markus Pommer (pictured) took a double win in the first weekend of the ATS Formula 3 Cup. The Lotus driver leaves Oschersleben as championship leader with 58 points, in front of Malaysian Nabil Jeffri (Motopark) who claimed the victory in Race 2.
Jeffri started the Sunday race from the pole position, but Pommer passed him at the first chicane and then defended his lead. Dutchman Indy Dontje finished third in the other Lotus car. Briton Sam MacLeod was fourth for Van Amersfoort Racing, ahead of his team mate Weiron Tan.
