New livery revealed for Morris-Parfitt Jnr Bentley
Members-only club Morton’s provided the venue on Friday, 24th March, for the head-turning livery reveal of Seb Morris and Rick Parfitt Jnr’s striking 2017 Bentley Continental GT3 race car in the heart of Mayfair, central London.
Just a handful of days before the officially timed pre-season British GT Championship test day at Snetterton which takes place tomorrow, Tuesday, 28th March, Welsh racer Morris, Parfitt Jnr and the Team Parker Racing squad took the covers off the No.31 Bentley – unveiling a terrific new look and some key new commercial partners.
As confirmed last week, Ast Transport Branding is the new headline sponsor for Morris’ second season in British GT with Eddie Stobart confirmed as providing key logistical support, the two new partners feature prominently on the car’s green and white colour scheme.
Additionally, Saxon Air is confirmed as a new partner while existing backers Venu and Liberty Properties Plc return to support Morris’ British GT Championship bid. Parfitt Jnr, meanwhile, brings backing from Geoffrey Insurance, EG Solutions, Aggreko and Flat Pack Direct among others.
“Our livery reveal was fantastic and I can’t thank enough everyone who was involved, especially Morton’s”, said Marford-based Morris as the wraps came off his 2017 challenger in Berkeley Square, “I think the Bentley looks absolutely incredible with the new livery. I know everyone at the team, Rick and I are determined to bring some big results back for all of our amazing sponsors.”
Speaking on behalf of headline commercial partner Ast Transport Branding, Managing Director Mark Aston said: “This is a fantastic opportunity and we’re excited to be working with Seb and Rick for 2017.”
Morris and Parfitt Jnr now head to Snetterton in Norfolk for the pre-season ‘Media Day’ test tomorrow. From there, the opening two races of the British GT Championship season will take place over Easter weekend, 15th/16th/17th April, at Oulton Park International Circuit.
