
Lorandi, Fittipaldi share poles
Enzo Fittipaldi and Leonardo Lorandi shared the pole positions for the first round of 2018 Italian F4 Championship Powered by Abarth in Adria.
The grandson of two-time F1 World Champion Emerson Fittipaldi set the quickest time of 1:15.163 in Qualifying 1 for Prema Theodore Racing. Lorandi lapped in 1:15.016 in Qualifying 2, with 24 drivers within less than one second.
In Q1 Federico Malvestiti (Jenzer Motorsport) finished second, in front of Fittipaldi’s team mate Gianluca Petecof, who was the only in the Rookie Trophy to enter the top three spot.
In the second session Fittipaldi achieved the second time with Jenzer’s Grégoire Sauci on third.
