Liberati-Niederhauser join Raton

Edoardo Liberati and Patric Niederhauser have joined Raton Racing  for 2015 Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europa campaign, as they will share a second Huracán LP 620-2 of the Italian team leaded by Marco Ubaldi and Roberto Tanca.

Italian and Swiss drivers will partner the already confirmed the 18-year-old PRO-AM champion Alberto Di Folco since the official test scheduled on 1-2 April at the Vallelunga track.

Liberati, 22-year-old from Rome, is a former Formula Azzurra champion. He has experience in Formula 3 and GT racing driving a Roal Motorsport BMW Z4. In 2013 and 2014 he took part in the Porsche Carrera Cup Italy scoring several wins and podiums.

Niederhauser is the first former GP3 Series driver to make debut in the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europa. The 23-year-old Swiss began his motorsport career racing karts. He continued his development in the Formula Abarth championship finishing second in 2010 and clinched the Italian title the following season. In 2012 Patric graduated to F3 and GP3 Series, where last year he claimed two wins.
