Ferrari on pole at Mugello
Scuderia Praha’s Ferrari 488 GT3 will start from pole position at 12H Mugello, the second round of 24H Endurance Series. Italian Matteo Malucelli set today the best time in 1:47.480 despite a late yellow flag, doing better than Robert Lukas (Olimp Racing), who topped the charts till the last minutes of the qualifying on his Porsche.
Polish finished second, 2 tenth slower. Behind him was the other 991 GT3 R car of Robert Renauer (Herberth Motorsport). Marco Mapelli brought the Konrad Motorsport’s Lamborghini Huracán GT3 on fourth position, followed by the three Mercedes AMGs of Tom Onslow-Cole (Ram Racing), Wim de Pundert (HTP Motorsport) and Patrice Lafargue (Idec Sport Racing).
In the SP2 class the BMW M4 Silhouette of JR Motorsport driven by Michael Verhagen set the fastest lap. Ginetta G55 of Luca Rangoni (Nova Race) took the SP3-GT4 pole position.
